Precautions for operation of sweet potato starch equipment

Ensuring the correctness of the sweet potato starch equipment is the prerequisite for efficient production of sweet potato starch. The equipment should be checked before, during and after the operation of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the sweet potato starch equipment!

1. Inspection before equipment operation
Before the sweet potato starch equipment is officially put into operation, check whether the bolts of the starch equipment are loose, and tighten them if necessary. Check whether the belts and chains are tight and adjust them to the appropriate position. Check whether there are debris in the cavity of each equipment, and clean them up in time. Check whether there are leaks in the pipe connections, and tighten and weld them. Check whether the cable connection between the electric control cabinet and the equipment is reliable, and whether the rotation direction of the equipment and each pump is consistent with the marked direction. If there is any inconsistency, it should be corrected. Check whether there is any friction during the operation of the equipment, and if there is any, it should be handled in time.

2. Inspection during equipment operation
Start the corresponding sweet potato starch equipment and pump motor in the required order, and feed it after it runs stably. During operation, check the bearing temperature, motor current, pump operation, and cooling water flow from time to time. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine for processing. Always check whether there are any leaks, bubbling, dripping or leakage in the pipeline, and seal them in time. Check the feed, pressure, temperature and flow display, and adjust the balance of the system in time. When the equipment is running, most of the parts on the equipment cannot be disassembled to avoid damage. Samples should be taken and tested at the specified intervals, and the equipment operating parameters should be adjusted according to the test parameters.

3. Operation precautions after the equipment is running
When preparing to stop, the feed should be stopped in time, and the discharge valves and exhaust valves should be opened to drain the materials from front to back. Wait for the equipment to stop steadily, and after the water, air and feed have been cut off, clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
